Coordinate and direct projects through complete lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation/rollout, and close.  Lead all aspects of project delivery including project scope, deliverables, estimates, quality, detailed project plans, and change requests.  WPCS does not employee sales staff or estimators, besides managing multiple projects, perform estimating, bidding, hunting for opportunities, and networking.  I am a valuable resource supporting internal and field staff as a technical resource for proposals, bids, computer and network issues, serving as help desk, and information desk.  Helped train new PM's on the company processes and procedures as well as how to find and bid new projects, downloading plans, getting their computer to work with dodge plans, adobe etc. to print plans, estimate a job, track addendum's.

Project managed the successful completion of the multi-million dollar California Department of Health Services (CDHS) Joint Emergency Operations Center (JEOC) Project.  Lead a project team comprised of CDHS staff, other vendors and service providers.  This new high-tech (JEOC) shared CDHS and Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) as part of the ongoing efforts to improve the ability to immediately respond to threats of bioterrorism, pandemic flu and other public health emergencies.
